Highlights For March 14, 2011

• "Hold It Against Me" is the longest #1 in 2011 and the longest on the top since, "Only Girl (In The World)" by Rihanna spent 3 weeks at #1 in the fall of 2010.
• Like "Hold It Against Me", "Fighting Fire" by Breakage has been influenced by Dubstep. Dubstep is the sound of 2011. 
• "Blind Faith" samples "Good Vibrations" and has the Dubstep sound that I'm Lovin.
• Patrick Wolf's "The City" is such a happy pop song that sounds like a Tears For Fears song. Check it out, I think it could have huge crossover success if given the chance in the United States.

• Britney Spears jumps to #1, making "Hold It Against Me" her 10th #1 Hit on my Chart. She is the only artist besides Madonna you has ten or more hits on my chart. 
• Kendall has a good week with his new song "There's A Skip On Record." The song lands at #11
• JLO is back and is on fire...Well not really. But I do like her new song.
• Yasmin a new artist on my countdown has the HOT SHOT DEBUT of the week with "On My Own"

• #1 song this week belongs to Danish DJ Mortem Breum and Danish singer Sisse Marie. “Every Time (You Look At Me)” is loaded with sex appeal and dub step. What’s not to love? Check out the video if you haven’t yet. Super Hot!

• Britney rushes up to #4 in its only 5th week on the chart. Will "Hold It Against Me" reach #1?

• Ke$ha has a new single out and the video is Awesome. Campy, Fun, and Just Odd. Do you have love for unicorns. Then watch the video

• Lady Gaga only enters at #55 with "Born This Way." I hoping the video is better than song.

• Enrique Iglesias falls to #8, however Tonight (I'm F**kin You) was his biggest hit since his Bailamos hit #1 in 1999.

• Britney earns the title for Greatest Gainer in Airplay with "Hold It Against Me."

• Alexis Jordan earns the HOT SHOT DEBUT of the week. Her 1st single, Happiness for a #1 Hit Last Summer.

Sorry for the Delay.  I've been stress out due to work.

Tensnake spends a second week at #1.

Britney jumps up to #26 from #41 in her second week on the chart. Can’t wait to see the video.

Random boy band, One Call climbs into the top ten with “Blacklight.” At first listen, you might say to yourself WTF? However, you should give the song a few spins and it might grow on you.

Rihanna enters the chart at #66 with her song and racy video for “S&M.” The video itself is homage to Madonna that has been popular to do for the last year.

Highlights for January 17, 2011

“Coma Cat” sneaks up to #1 while “You Haven’t Seen the Last of Me” holds steady at #3.

“Invisible Light” jumps up to #4 in its sixth week on the chart. This is the 3^rd single from the latest album from the Scissor Sisters.

As predicted last week, “Hold It against me” by Britney Spears, debuts at a very high position on the chart, at #41.

The Power Pick of the week goes to Hercules & Love Affair with their future hit “My House”. I am hoping this song somehow crosses over in the U.S.
